Dr. Rachel was raised in Champaign Illinois and received both her Bachelors and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degrees from the University of Illinois at Urban-Champaign. She purchased Rosewood Pet Hospital in 2014. She is married and has 2 beautiful daughters, 5 cats, a golden retriever, and a black lab. Dr. Rachel's favorite thing to do to unwind is sewing.

Michele has been with Rosewood Pet Hospital for more than 30 years. She has worked through high school (Civic Memorial....GO EAGLES!) and college (SIUC... GO SALUKIS!). After graduation, Michele continued at Rosewood Pet Hospital as Practice Manager and Lead Technician.  She is proud to have both daughters (Chloe & Baylee) working with her. Her favorite thing to do is being her girls' biggest fan during volleyball and wrestling season! 

​Jen has been with Rosewood Pet Hospital since July 2014. She is a CM graduate and earned a degree in Organizational Leadership from Greenville University. She is a great mom to Kyler (our Jr. Staffer), but is, absolutely, the "Dad" of our office! When there are repairs to be made or a big dog to lift, Jen is our girl. She is also our go to tech for our nervous patients. She just has a special way with those pets. She's also our office goofball. She is always scaring our mailman or playing pranks on the staff. Jen definitely makes the work days more fun!

Peyton was raised in Wood River Illinois and still resides there. She started working at Rosewood Pet Hospital right out of high school in 2018. She has 2 dogs and 2 cats. 

Chloe is a 2024 graduate of Civic Memorial High School. She started at Rosewood Pet Hospital her sophomore year. Chloe's future plans are to attend veterinary school at University of Illinois and return to Rosewood Pet Hospital. When she's not at work, Chloe loves playing volleyball and wrestling. Along with many dogs and cats, she has 4 guinea pigs (2 hairy & 2 hairless).

Kirsten is a 2024 graduate of East Alton-Wood River High School. She started at Rosewood Pet Hospital her senior year. Kirsten has 2 dogs. 

Kyler has been a big part part of our office since he was 6 months. Rosewood Pet Hospital is very family oriented, which allowed Jen to bring him to work with her every day. Now, at 7 years old, he helps out with some tasks around the office (when he isn't in-line skating or playing soccer in the break room). He loves handing out treats to the pets and giving hugs to our clients when they need one. When he isn't "working," he spends his time playing soccer or playing Fortnite.

Grace is Dr. McPheters Oldest daughter.
